Cancellation policy.
At the Tallow Family and Women’s Clinic, we value your appointments and the time reserved for you. Kindly provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled appointments result in a lost booking deposit. Appointments are confirmed electronically, and it is your responsibility to remember them. Late arrival will shorten your appointment, and emergency absences are considered individually. If circumstances beyond our control require cancellation, we will reschedule without charge.
